Apple 1 | Yoga Weekend
The first Apple event went really well last night – thanks to everyone who came along and fertilized it with some great ideas. Looking good for the future. And thanks especially to Danny at Salt for giving us a great place to hold it. The next date is provisionally 15th October, so get it in your diaries now.
On a different tip, my sister – a fully qualified yoga instructor and pioneer in Christian meditation – is hosting what looks like a fantastic weekend at the beautiful Pickwell Manor in Devon. Called ‘On the Cusp of Winter’ it’s going to be from Friday 30th October to Sunday 1st November. The situation is just amazing, and the retreat is in excellent hands, so do book up.
