Signs Emerges… | Book Launch

Brewin Signsemerge-1So, Signs of Emergence finally hits the shops on 1st July… I’m really excited about the book coming out in the US and Canada, especially as so many of the ideas within it have sprung from great work done over there.

To all you people who’ve been queuing up for days outside stores to get hold of one… Oh, sorry, that was for the iPhone! Anyway, it’s a book I’m really proud of, which a lot of people have been very kind about, and I hope people enjoy it and find some inspiration in it. I’ll post some reviews  here as they come through; for now, thanks to everyone at Baker and Emersion for taking it on.

I’ll be out in Ventura, CA at the Soliton gathering from 6th – 12th August, and there’s going to be a launch party on the evening of the 10th, so if anyone from the LA area is around it’d be great to hook up with people while I’m over!

  1. looks good kester – would be interested what the design process for the cover was compared to the UK. Somehow I would have said straight off that this is for the US.

  2. yeah for the launch!!
I read Complex Christ last year and it was the right word at the right time for me.
I’m glad it’s coming to the US and I’ve been telling everyone about it.
It has held my imagination and helped me frame some of the transition I have been going through personally and communally. It rises above some of the “fix it” scenarios of some other current books I’ve read and helped me to dream the future rather than pick apart the past.
I hope that the next year brings you some good thought and wonderful encouragement and deeper faith realized.
    Thank you for this book.
    so, the novel?

  3. Thanks 😉
Ah, the novel… Finished, and currently being read by a pro reading agency, who are going to crit it for me, then it’s the grand agency circus. There are hundreds of m/s out there every week, so don’t quite watch this space yet!

  4. I’m a bit late to the party having just recently picked up this book. I have just started reading it…and what I have read I must say I’m loving it. Good stuff!

  5. Thanks Jason – hope you enjoy it!
